Landlord and tenant law deals with two main areas, namely commercial leasing of a premises and the renting of private dwelling house.

Tenants

For the tenant we will negotiate the best terms possible for them, we will explain the covenants and conditions they are obliged to adhere too. We will also advise on any Stamp Duty that may be payable.
